Is building (by a builder) among the acts of God?

The act of building is attributed to Allah Almighty in the Holy Qur'an in several verses, such as: (Have they not looked at the heaven above them - how We built it and adorned it and it has no rifts?) Qaf/6, and (And the heaven We built with Hands (power) and indeed We are расширять) Adh-Dhariyat/47, and (And We built above you seven strong ones) An-Naba/12, and (Are you more difficult to create or is the heaven, He constructed it?) An-Naziat/27, and (By the heaven and He who built it) Ash-Shams/5.

The word "Aydin" in His saying: (bi’aydin) means power, not the plural of "yad" (hand), as its weight is "fa'l" and not "af'al". Allah Almighty is attributed with the act of building, but it is not permissible to call Him "the Builder" (Al-Bani) because it has not been mentioned as one of His names. Building here occurs by His saying "Be," as Ibn Umar narrated that Allah created the Throne, the Pen, Eden, and Adam with His Hand, then He said to the rest of creation "Be, and it was." It was narrated from Maysarah Abu Salih that Allah did not touch anything of His creation except three: Adam, the Torah, and the Garden of Eden. So, Allah created four things with His Hand: the Throne, the Pen, the Garden of Eden, and Adam, while the rest of creation, such as the heavens and the earth, were created by the word "Be."
