Is it permissible to teach a girl who does not pray how to pray?

Advising a girl to pray is a praiseworthy act, provided it adheres to শরীয়া (Islamic law) guidelines, such as lowering the gaze and avoiding khalwa (private seclusion with a member of the opposite sex who is not a mahram). Teaching a girl how to pray is permissible via phone, or in a gathering without khalwa, uncovering of awrah (intimate parts), or fitna (temptation), or through a message, a booklet, a recorded tape, or by directing her to a woman who knows the rulings of prayer.
