Is it permissible to shape the eyebrows only for a wedding?

"Modifying eyebrows by plucking them to thin and enhance them is forbidden, whether for a wedding or otherwise. It is considered a grave sin because it falls under 'al-Nams' (plucking eyebrows), for which the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the doer, as stated in the Hadith: 'May Allah curse the women who practice tattooing and those who get themselves tattooed, and the women who pluck their eyebrows and those who get their eyebrows plucked, and the women who make spaces between their teeth, for beauty, changing the creation of Allah.'"
