What is the ruling on a man dancing the Arḍah with unveiled foreign women?

The dancing of men with unveiled, non-mahram women is an abominable act and forbidden by Sharia. This is because it leads to unlawful mixing, a failure to adhere to Sharia guidelines, and necessitates looking at and touching women's 'awrat (parts that must be covered). It also constitutes an acceptance of their display of beauty (tabarruj) and an encouragement for it.
