What is the ruling on performing Friday Prayer in a prayer room at the workplace, given the presence of nearby mosques in the city?

If a traveler intends to stay for more than four days, their status becomes that of a resident, and thus they are obligated to complete the prayer (i.e., not shorten it) and attend Friday prayer. Friday prayer is obligatory upon you, and it is not permissible to perform it in your private prayer area, because the default rule is that Friday prayers should not be multiplied unless there is a need, and because whoever is in a land where Friday prayer is established is obligated to attend it, and mosques are available near you. You must also advise those who are negligent about Friday prayer by explaining the severe warnings mentioned in the noble Ahadith.
