Is there a basis in the Hanafi school of thought or the other three schools for the second Adhan for Friday prayer being faster than the first Adhan?

The basic principle for the Adhan (call to prayer) is to recite it slowly and distinctly (tarsul), and for the Iqamah (call to commence prayer) to recite it quickly and rapidly (hadr). This is because the Adhan is for informing those who are absent, while the Iqamah is for those who are present. This is agreed upon by scholars. If the muezzin recites both of them slowly and distinctly, or both quickly and rapidly, or reverses the order, it is permissible, because he has delivered the words completely, and the objective, which is informing, has been achieved. The second Adhan for Friday prayer is similar in description to the Adhan for the five daily prayers, because the rulings of the Friday prayer are connected to it.
