How can one get rid of masturbation and the feeling that it is a cause of problems and lack of success, while maintaining prayer and reading the Quran and feeling hypocrisy, fear, and intrusive thoughts?

Prayer, if performed perfectly with all its conditions, pillars, duties, and complements, prohibits indecency and evil. As for him whose prayer does not restrain him from indecency and evil, it only increases his distance from Allah. To cure bad habits, supplicate frequently with the narrated supplications, read books of encouragement and deterrence, associate with the righteous, reduce lust by avoiding stimulating foods and by filling your time with productive work, maintain purity, lower your gaze, hasten to marry, and increase voluntary fasting and remembrance of Allah. Repentance is accepted for whoever repents sincerely, and if a servant sins and seeks forgiveness, Allah forgives him.
