How sound is the saying "Equality in injustice is justice" prevalent among people, and was it attributed to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace?

The saying "Equality in injustice is justice" is false, for Allah has forbidden injustice upon Himself and made it forbidden among His servants. This statement encourages the spread of injustice among people, especially from those in authority over them, and this contradicts Allah's command for justice and righteousness and His prohibition of indecency, evil, and oppression. Justice is giving every rightful person their due, not equality in injustice, which is accumulated darkness.
