Is it permissible to pray in a room within a Friday mosque, located ten meters away from the prayer hall and used for social events, when the mosque is full, knowing that the rows do not connect to it?

Scholars have differed regarding the ruling on the existence of a barrier between the Imam and the Ma'mum (follower). The Ma'mum's following of the Imam is valid in the mosque absolutely, whether he sees the Imam or not, or whether there is a barrier between them or not, as long as he hears the takbir. However, if the Ma'mum is outside the mosque, two conditions are stipulated for the validity of the following: hearing the takbir and seeing the Imam or those behind him. The connection of rows is not stipulated unless there is a road between them. If the mosque is full, the Friday prayer and congregational prayer are valid in the aforementioned room if the worshippers are able to follow their Imam by hearing the takbir or seeing those they are following. This is the view of the Malikis and Shafi'is, and Ibn Qudamah from the Hanbalis chose it.
