What is the ruling on a man arranging his eyelashes, and is it considered imitating women?

For a man, a little adornment like combing his hair and oiling it is sufficient. He does not need to arrange his eyelashes because they are already arranged by Allah's creation. What appears is that arranging, thickening, or lifting eyelashes is an adornment specific to women, and it is not permissible for a man to imitate them in this, due to the hadith: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed men who imitate women and women who imitate men."
