Does the statement, "No dogma is higher than truth," contradict the Sharia and creed?

A source for the saying "Truth is like the sun; it needs no proof" has not been found, and some common folk might use it as an argument.

The saying can bear two meanings: 1. That what people consider truth cannot be denied, and this is false. How many claims were thought to be true, only for their falsity to become apparent due to their contradiction with the texts of revelation. 2. That spiritual truth is the highest belief, and this is correct if its proponents intend to believe everything that has been established in the Sharia.
