Where is the justice and equality in religion when it permits the marriage of a repentant adulteress to a chaste Muslim man who has never touched a woman in his life and has abstained from pleasures, and does the latter deserve to marry a chaste woman?

All justice is in the law of Allah and His judgment. And who is better in judgment than Allah for a people who have certainty? The permissibility of a chaste man marrying a woman who has repented with a true repentance after committing adultery does not violate justice, because repentance erases what came before it, and the one who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin. Thus, the woman who repents from adultery is chaste. Islam did not obligate him to marry her; rather, it permitted it for him, and he has the right to refuse if he does not desire to.
