What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding the number of divorces that have occurred, and the ruling of the religion on a husband who treats his wife with violence and severe beating and deprives her of her rights?

Divorce of a pregnant woman is effective. If the husband had divorced his wife twice before this divorce, then she is irrevocably divorced from him with a major divorce (baynunah kubra), and she is not lawful for him until she marries another man and he consummates the marriage with her, and then he divorces her or dies, and her waiting period ends. It is advisable to refer the matter to the Sharia court or to trustworthy scholars in the country.
