How authentic and what is the meaning of the Hadith: "Indeed, it is out of veneration for Allah Almighty to honor the elderly Muslim, and the bearer of the Qur'an who does not go to extremes with it nor abandons it, and to honor the just ruler"?

It is stated in the noble Hadith that among the ways to glorify Allah Almighty is: honoring an elderly Muslim, which means showing respect, gentleness, and compassion to the old. And honoring the bearer of the Qur'an, who is its memorizer, reciter, and interpreter, provided that he is not excessive in it (i.e., exceeding the limits in practicing it or in its recitation/tajweed) nor neglectful of it (i.e., turning away from its recitation, mastery, and practice). Likewise, honoring a just ruler.
