Will Allah compensate a woman with good and enrich her from His bounty if she is divorced due to her husband's injustice and cruelty, and is it her right to marry again, or must she accept humiliation for the sake of money?

Allah has permitted polygyny on the condition of justice, and it is not permissible for a husband to abandon his wife or neglect her rights and the rights of their children, whether due to a permissible polygynous marriage or illicit relationships. The wife has the right to seek divorce if she cannot endure her husband's bad character, and this does not contradict faith in divine decree. The husband must treat his wife with kindness, and there should be affection and mercy between them, as this is the foundation of marriage. Divorce may be better for her if her husband's condition does not improve, and if she has enough to raise her children. A woman should examine herself, repent to Allah, consult close relatives before proceeding with divorce, and then perform the Istikhara prayer (prayer for guidance).
