Was the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) commanded to convey the revelation to the people, or did he deliver it without being commanded, and what is the evidence for this obligation upon him?

Allah tasked His Prophet with conveying the entire revelation to people, as stated in His Almighty قول: "O Messenger, convey what has been revealed to you from your Lord." It is not permissible for the Prophet to conceal anything that Allah has revealed to him, and whoever claims otherwise has lied, because Allah says: "O Messenger, convey what has been revealed to you from your Lord."

The meaning of "Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah" is that our master Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, is sent by Allah, and he is the one commissioned with the message, similar to His Almighty قول: "Indeed, We have sent you with the truth as a bringer of good tidings and a warner."
