What is the ruling on making a snowman, including making two eyes, a nose, and a mouth, knowing that it is not a living creature and does not resemble any other creature?

Hand-drawn, sculpted, or gypsum-molded images of animate beings are forbidden by Islamic law. As for statues made from non-durable materials like dough, watermelon rind, or snow, the majority of scholars consider them forbidden, and there is no difference between what lasts long and what does not. The prohibition of making these statues includes imaginary figures like "the snowman," as it is considered an image of an animate being intended to represent a nose, two eyes, and a head, and this is the reason for the prohibition, unless it is a toy for children.
