Is it permissible for a girl to wear nail polish and go out with it if she is wearing the prescribed Islamic jilbab, or is it forbidden because it draws attention, knowing that there is an "Islamic" nail polish that is easy to remove? And is it only forbidden to wear it when going out, or even when visiting relatives and staying at home?

Wearing the hijab and jilbab does not change the ruling on the obligation for a woman to cover her entire body, including her face and hands, even without adornment. There is no harm in applying nail polish and adornment in the home of one's paternal uncle, grandfather, and the like, as long as it is not in the presence of non-mahrams. There is no difference between types of nail polish, except that some are easier to remove for ablution (wudu') or ritual bathing (ghusl). Sheikh Ibn Baz held that nail polish should be avoided because it covers the nails and prevents water from reaching them, but if a woman uses it and removes it for ablution, the matter is flexible.
