What is the ruling on saying "on the blackness of good fortune" when calamities strike, knowing that "good fortune" means luck and destiny?

Everything that happens in the universe occurs by Allah's divine decree (Qada') and preordainment (Qadar). Therefore, a Muslim should seek Allah's help, be content with what He has decreed, and have a good opinion of Him. Luck has no effect on what befalls people.
