What is the ruling on filling a bottle with cold water from the mosque's refrigerator and drinking it outside the mosque? And should one who does that be prevented, knowing that the water and the refrigerator are an endowment for the mosque?

It is permissible for passersby to drink from the water of awqaf mosques and mosques located on travelers' routes, provided there is no extravagance or harm, as custom has established leniency in this matter. It is not permissible to transport water designated for drinking from the mosque to another location, such as a home, unless it is known or there is an indication that the one who made the water available permits it. If there is doubt, custom and indication shall govern.
