Is the leniency of some women in laughing, being informal, and looking at men in a forbidden manner considered a form of injustice to others, and will they be punished for that in this life and the hereafter?

Jealousy over Allah's sacred injunctions and over one's husband is praiseworthy, provided it does not exceed the bounds of moderation. Women's adornment (tabarruj) and their mingling with men is a great corruption and a disease that debilitates the Ummah. Adorning women are sinful. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "They will not enter Paradise nor find its scent." Your duty is to continuously advise your husband gently and wisely to adhere to Allah's limits and avoid temptations. There is no specific supplication for your situation, but supplication benefits every legitimate request. What will most help you achieve peace of mind is frequent remembrance (dhikr) of Allah. Focus on beautifying yourself for your husband and being a good wife to him, so that he is not tempted to look at other women.
