What is the ruling on one who curses Allah, the Almighty and All-Majestic, while in a state of anger?

Reviling Allah the Almighty is an act of disbelief that expels one from the fold of Islam, whether the reviler is angry or pleased, serious or joking, due to Allah's saying: "Say, 'Is it Allah and His verses and His Messenger that you were mocking?' Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after your belief." It is obligatory for whoever commits this to offer sincere repentance, regret, seek forgiveness, and return to Islam.
