Is a woman's naked clothing or her seductive way of speaking considered an injustice for which God will exact retribution from us on the Day of Judgment, regardless of whether we avert our gaze or not?

"Displaying oneself (tabarruj) is a form of injustice (dhulm), because injustice is placing something in other than its rightful place. So, for a woman to expose what she is commanded to cover, to do what she is commanded to abandon, and to abandon what she is commanded to do—this is injustice. And injustice is more general than sins and wrongs (mazalim). Not every sin is considered a wrong, rather wrongs specifically pertain to the rights of people and the preservation of their boundaries concerning their honor, body, or wealth. The woman who displays herself bears her own burden and the burden of those whom she enticed or misled."
