What can be done in Mecca after performing Umrah, if the duration of stay is five days?

It is recommended to increase good deeds in Mecca, as rewards are multiplied in virtuous places and times. Good deeds include prayer in the Sacred Mosque (as prayer therein is equivalent to one hundred thousand prayers elsewhere), increasing circumambulation (Tawaf), especially for a stranger, and attending circles of knowledge.
