Who are the three whom God created with His hand, and is the original Torah created or the word of God?

The original Torah is uncreated, it is the word of Allah Almighty, which He revealed to His Prophet Musa and wrote with His own hand, as Allah Almighty said: {Indeed, We sent down the Torah, in which was guidance and light}. It was also mentioned in the hadith of the disputation between Adam and Musa that Allah wrote the Torah for Musa with His own hand.
