Am I afflicted by the evil eye from one of my family members whenever I enjoin good or forbid evil?
It is not permissible to abandon enjoining good and forbidding evil out of fear of the evil eye. Rather, one must be diligent in both, while seeking refuge [with Allah] and fortifying oneself with the morning and evening remembrances, and the remembrance for leaving the home.
