What is praiseworthy wealth? Does the bliss of the Hereafter decrease with an increase in the bliss of this world? And how do we reconcile the Hadiths that praise wealth with those that condemn indulgence in this world?

There is no blame upon a Muslim for enjoying permissible good things if he offers gratitude for them and does not become extravagant. A pious rich person who fulfills the rights of Allah and people regarding his wealth is praiseworthy. The blessings of the Afterlife increase through piety and righteous deeds, regardless of wealth. The blameworthy enjoyment is overindulgence that leads to forgetting the Hereafter and neglecting rights. Scholars have interpreted the Prophet's prohibition of enjoyment as referring to overindulgence and persistent attachment to it.
