Is it permissible to wipe over the hair without washing it completely for ritual bathing (ghusl) from janabah, and is it permissible to sleep on one's left side if that entails turning one's back to one's husband?

A person in a state of ritual impurity (junub) must perform a full ritual bath (ghusl) if they intend to do something that requires purity, such as prayer. However, if they cannot find water or are unable to use it due to illness or cold, and they cannot warm the water and fear harm, then they may perform tayammum (dry ablution). As for wiping over the hair during ghusl al-janabah, it is not sufficient; rather, the hair must be washed. Sleeping on the right side is a Sunnah, but pleasing the husband takes precedence if a wife's adherence to this Sunnah would displease him.
