Does the spoilage of sacrificial meat before its distribution negate the reward and recompense for its owner, despite the complete intention to distribute it?

First: A Muslim is rewarded for intending to do a good deed, even if he does not do it. The reward is emphasized if an excuse beyond his control prevents him.

Second: If his sacrificial animal is lost or spoiled without any negligence on his part, then there is nothing upon him and no guarantee. However, if he was negligent in preserving or distributing it until it spoiled or was stolen, then he is responsible for guaranteeing the rights of the poor from it.

Since some of the sacrificial meat has already been given in charity, you are not required to replace the spoiled meat, and the full reward is hoped for from Allah.
