Does frequently swearing oaths and then breaking them prevent prayers from being answered?

A Muslim should not swear excessively, as it shows audacity towards God and a lack of reverence for His names, which is blameworthy in Islamic law. If one breaks an oath, expiation becomes obligatory, and one sins if they do not expiate while being able to do so. As for the non-responsiveness of supplication, it is not due to excessive swearing, but rather to the presence of an impediment or the absence of a condition for the acceptance of supplication.
