Is it permissible for a teacher to teach Islamic education while in a state of major ritual impurity (junub), given Iraq's difficult circumstances and the lack of electricity and hot water?

It is permissible for a person in a state of ritual impurity (junub) to teach, provided that it does not involve the recitation of any part of the Qur'an. If it does involve the recitation of some Qur'an, and the person is unable to use water, they should perform tayammum (definition) (dry ablution) before reciting. However, if they are able to use water, it is not permissible for them to recite the Qur'an, even a single verse. This is the opinion preferred by many scholars. In the Maliki madhhab (definition), it is permissible for a person in a state of ritual impurity to recite a small amount of the Qur'an for purposes of seeking refuge, seeking evidence, and similar situations.
