How can one deal with a husband who is always absent, swears to divorce his first wife but does not, now has a daughter with her, and deprives his second wife of having children, which has led her to feel extreme injustice and a wasted life?

The questioner is advised to seek refuge in Allah from Satan and to rely on Him, and to reflect on Allah's blessings upon her. She is also advised to reach an understanding with her husband so that he may fulfill her rights and be just between his two wives. If he does not, she must weigh between staying with him or separating through divorce or khul', and choose the lesser of two evils. She is also recommended to engage frequently in dhikr (remembrance of Allah), istighfar (seeking forgiveness), and du'a (supplication).
