What is the ruling on the actions of the husband's family and her husband toward a wife who suffers from injustice and humiliation, and fears divorce because of her daughter, and how can she act in this regard?

To solve marital and family problems, supplication (du'a') is recommended, for Allah has commanded it and promised to answer. It is also essential to be patient, as it is the best means to face trials and a cause for success. Furthermore, one should frequently engage in the remembrance of Allah (dhikr), for by it hearts are assured and thoughts are rectified; it brings blessings and wards off misfortunes. It is also advised to discuss matters with the husband kindly and gently, and to involve righteous people to clarify the wife's rights, which include the right to an independent dwelling, as she is not obligated to live with his relatives. Finally, it is not permissible for the husband or his family to take the wife's money without her consent, because that is consuming people's wealth unjustly.
