Is the appointed time (ajal) the end of life decreed by Allah, or is the medical staff's delay in treating a young man, which led to the worsening of his condition and his death, considered outside of this appointed time?

May Allah have mercy on the young man and all deceased Muslims. If the question is about one's appointed time of death (ajal), then the appointed time for every living being is fixed; it neither advances nor recedes from its due time, as Allah the Almighty says: "And for every nation is a [specified] term. So when their time comes, they will not remain behind an hour, nor will they precede [it]," and His saying: "But never will Allah delay a soul when its time has come. And Allah is Acquainted with what you do." So, death due to illness or an accident occurs after one has completed their sustenance and appointed time. This does not, however, negate the medical staff's shortcomings.
