Is the Farewell Tawaf obligatory for a resident of Makkah Al-Mukarramah after performing the Hajj pilgrimage?

If you resided in Taneem before Hajj with the intention of permanent residence, then the Farewell Tawaf is not obligatory for you, because Taneem is considered part of Mecca, and the people of Mecca and the Haram are not required to perform the Farewell Tawaf. However, if your stay in Taneem was temporary and you will depart from it after Hajj to a country outside Mecca and the Haram, then the Farewell Tawaf is obligatory for you.
