Does the warning to image-makers include one who animates and embodies a ready-made three-dimensional design of a living being, or a being with a human body and an animal head, or a being with a human body and a fruit head, knowing that the design is done by computer?

It is not permissible to photograph living beings except for a legitimate, recognized religious interest, according to the regulations. What promotes virtue, teaches the etiquette and rulings of Islam, and is free from the forbidden, carries no blame. The majority of scholars have made an exception for pictures of children for the purpose of teaching and disciplining them. What is considered in prohibiting pictures of living beings is the head; if it is present, it is forbidden, but if it is cut off, then it is not a picture, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The picture is the head; if the head is cut off, then there is no picture." Whatever is permissible to be made from these drawings, it is permissible to buy them, animate them, and add sound to them. Whatever is not permissible to be made, it is not permissible to buy or animate.
