In brief, what is the share of a full sister in inheritance when there are "Dhawi al-Arham" (relatives by blood and affinity who are not "Asaba" or "Ashab al-Furud") present, such as the daughters of a full paternal uncle and their children?

If the deceased left behind only a full sister and sons of his full paternal uncle's sons, then the full sister receives one-half as a prescribed share (fard), based on the Almighty's saying: "{...If a man dies, and he has no child, and he has a sister, then she shall have half of what he leaves...}" The remaining half goes to the sons of the full paternal uncle's sons, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them; and whatever remains, give it to the nearest male heir." As for the daughters of the full paternal uncle and the daughters of the full paternal uncle's sons, they are not heirs; rather, they are among the uterine relatives (dhawi al-arham) who do not inherit except in the absence of any rightful heirs.
