Is it true that whoever does not strive to seek provision will obtain it through dishonest means?

It is not true that one who abandons seeking provision will necessarily receive their provision from unlawful means. They might inherit wealth, or be gifted it, or obtain it through other permissible means. However, if one refrains from seeking provision while being capable of earning, and then begs from people, they have abandoned the permissible means of seeking provision and have resorted to an impermissible way of obtaining it, which is begging from people. This situation is often the case, though not absolutely certain.
