How can one get rid of anxiety and stress about provision (rizq), knowing that it is predetermined, given that financial earnings are insufficient to cover expenses, leading to reliance on savings and a feeling of inadequacy?

Allah Almighty has predestined the provisions (rizq) for every human being, and each will receive their full share of provisions, without increase or decrease. For provisions are like one's appointed time of death (ajal); a person cannot escape them. A Muslim should strive to seek provisions through permissible and reasonable means, without exaggeration that makes worldly life their greatest concern, nor negligence that makes them a burden on others. Reliance on Allah does not mean abandoning means, but rather striving while trusting that Allah provides for those who strive. If a person exerts their utmost effort and does not obtain what suffices them, they must submit to divine decree and continue working, for Allah expands provisions for whom He wills and restricts them. Every person will receive their destined provisions, and their duty is to exert appropriate means according to their capacity and ability.
