Is it permissible to seek divorce due to aversion to marital intimacy after discovering undesirable traits in the husband, such as lying, bearing in mind that he spends generously, refuses to marry another, and rejects requests for divorce?

Divorce should not be sought unless all means of reconciliation have failed, especially when there are children. If it is possible for the couple to live together and interact kindly, even if it requires overlooking faults and making concessions, that would be preferable. Therefore, do not rush to seek a divorce. Instead, communicate with your husband and advise him to avoid lying. Seek assistance from those whose words he respects to counsel him. Encourage him to associate with righteous people and listen to admonitions. Cooperate with him in obedience to Allah, while persistently supplicating for his guidance.
