Are the differences between the doctrines of the Atharis, Ash'aris, and Maturidis serious enough to expel one from Islam, or are they a forgivable innovation, and are these three doctrines considered among the saved sects?

Sound doctrine is derived from the Qur'an and Sunnah (definition), understood through the comprehension of the Companions, the Successors, and the Imams. The best references are the books of Tawhid (definition) (monotheism) and Sunnah by the early scholars. No scholar has ever stated that Allah is in a physical space. The statement that He is everywhere, or neither inside nor outside the world, is false and contrary to the texts and the consensus of the early Muslims (Salaf). Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, truly speaks with letters and a voice, as indicated by the texts and affirmed by the Salaf. Issues of disagreement between the Salaf and the Jahmiyyah, such as the issue of Allah's exaltedness (uluw), His speech, the uncreatedness of the Qur'an, the vision of Allah in the Afterlife, and the actions of the servant, are considered issues of disbelief in the doctrines of the Jahmiyyah. However, a specific individual is not judged to be a disbeliever until the conclusive prophetic argument (al-hujjah ar-risaliyyah) has been established against him. We advise learning the creed of the Salaf from its original sources, because Allah has clarified matters of belief comprehensively, and following the path of the Salaf is obligatory.
