Can a female thief who does not pray, does not fast Ramadan, and breaks her fast, turn into a disbeliever? And can Allah forgive her? And how can she draw closer to Him?

You must repent to Allah for the sins mentioned, such as abandoning prayer, stealing, and neglecting fasting. You should hasten to perform the prayers and fasts, and stop stealing. Things that help with this include: knowing that Allah loves those who repent and transforms their bad deeds into good ones, the blessing of having remaining life to repent, reflecting on the ugliness of sin, seeking good company, occupying your time with acts of obedience, and making abundant supplications. It is not necessary to make up for missed prayers and fasts, but rather to perform many supererogatory acts of worship. The stolen money must be returned to its owners secretly, and if unable, it becomes a debt upon one's conscience. It is advisable to consult a psychiatrist if the problem has been deeply rooted since childhood.
