Is it permissible for a traveler to delay the prayer of a day and a night due to the unavailability of a pure place for ablution (wudu') or dry ablution (tayammum)?

The man sinned by abandoning prayer. It is obligatory for him to perform ablution (wudu') or dry ablution (tayammum) if water is unavailable, and to seek a clean place for prayer. If he is unable, he should pray according to his circumstances, forgiven for any impurity that afflicted him due to his inability. He must seek Allah's forgiveness and acquire religious knowledge to avoid falling into such errors.
