If I travel to a neighboring country, and the round trip takes 7 hours on the same day, and I am unable to pray or perform ablution there, what should I do? And do I make up the prayers on the following day before each obligatory prayer?

According to the majority of scholars, it is not permissible for a woman to travel without a mahram (unmarriageable kin). Consequently, her travel in such a case becomes an act of disobedience, and therefore, the concessions of qasr (shortening prayers) and jamʿ (combining prayers) are not granted to her.

It is permissible for a traveler covering a distance of 83 km or more to combine the Dhuhr and Asr prayers, and the Maghrib and Isha prayers. However, it is not permissible to delay the prayer beyond its prescribed time.

Prayer has a specific designated time. If there is a concern that the prayer time will expire while on the plane, one must perform wudu (ablution) and pray inside the plane if water is available. If not, then tayammum (dry ablution) should be performed if earth is available. If neither is available, one should pray without purification.

If the prayer time arrives after reaching the destination, one must search for water to perform wudu. If not, then tayammum should be performed. If neither is available, one should pray without purification, keeping in mind that water is usually available in public places such as airports.

It is obligatory to perform the prayer at its specified time, and it is not permissible to delay it.
