Is prayer obligatory for a woman who had an ectopic pregnancy and the fetus died, and she is experiencing black discharge, and must she make up the missed prayers, and is it permissible for her to touch the Mushaf and read from it?

It appears that the blood you experienced was dysfunctional blood (istihadah), which does not prevent prayer or other acts of worship. Therefore, you must make up the prayers you missed during that period.

Blood that appears with a miscarriage before the formation of the fetus is considered dysfunctional blood, not postpartum bleeding (nifas).

It is recommended to perform ablution (wudu') for each prayer when dysfunctional blood is continuous. You are permitted to touch and recite from the Qur'an.
