Is another expiation obligatory, other than slaughtering a sheep and distributing it to the poor of Mecca, due to the inability to slaughter after returning from performing the invalid Farewell Circumambulation?

If you can appoint someone to sacrifice the hady on your behalf and distribute it among the poor of the Haram, then that is obligatory upon you. However, if you are unable to do so and are incapable of sacrificing the hady, then it is obligatory upon you to fast for ten days. This is an analogy drawn from one who is unable to offer the dam for tamattu', and similarly applies to every dam that becomes obligatory due to the omission of an obligation.
