Which is the ruling on marrying a 45-year-old man and living with his elderly parents in a single house with one bathroom, or marrying a polygynous man who owns an apartment?

The acceptance of a suitor is likely determined by weighing the circumstances of both suitors and the questioner, in order to choose the greatest benefits and the fewest harms. It is recommended to choose the better of them in terms of religious commitment and character. If they are equal, then the unmarried one is preferred. It is also advised to consult wise family members or righteous individuals, then seek guidance from Allah (istikharah) and entrust the matter to Him.
