Is it permissible to create a web design blog that includes pictures of women in the comments section, and links to other websites containing pictures of men and women? And is the earning from it lawful?

There is no harm in creating beneficial electronic blogs and earning a livelihood from them, provided one ensures they are free from Sharia prohibitions. As for the presence of women's images in article links or their comments, this is a widespread affliction. The duty is to exert effort to minimize it, such as choosing links without images or with the least offensive ones, and ensuring comments do not contain women's images. However, if there is a need or it is impossible to dispense with them, it is hoped there is no harm, given the widespread affliction and the difficulty of avoidance, by analogy with what has been permitted regarding the purchase of commercial goods that include forbidden images. For necessities and widespread afflictions, it is hoped that Allah's pardon and ease will be granted.
