Is the cash amount for ticket allowance, disbursed to repair a car or pay differences in airfare, a [sign of the] evil eye or a trial? And what should I do about the stagnation in car buying and selling attempts, despite the ruqyah performers denying the presence of the evil eye or sorcery?

We advise you to seek Allah's guidance (istikharah) in your dealings and to seek His help. Ask Him for rectitude and success, and supplicate with what has been authentically reported, such as: "O Living, O Sustainer, by Your mercy I seek aid; rectify all my affairs, and do not entrust me to my soul for the blink of an eye," and "O Allah, there is no ease except that which You make easy, and You make sorrow easy if You wish," and "O Allah, guide me and make me steadfast." There is no harm upon you in performing ruqyah (Islamic incantation for healing).
