Is there any consequence for someone who performed the Hajj obligatory rites and circumambulated the Farewell Tawaf, then spent the night in Makkah and prayed Friday Prayer before departing?

The Farewell Circumambulation (Tawaf al-Wada') is obligatory for anyone who wishes to depart Makkah after completing the rituals, and it should be the last act performed before their departure. If one performs the Farewell Circumambulation and then stays in Makkah, their circumambulation becomes invalid and must be repeated, unless the stay is for a slight necessity, such as loading luggage or waiting for companions.

Whoever stays in Makkah after the Farewell Circumambulation must repeat it. If they do not, they are liable for a dam (a sheep to be slaughtered in Makkah and distributed among its poor). If they are unable to offer a dam, they must fast for ten days.
